Required booking procedure for remote and in-person access:
We continue to have a mix of in-person and remote access to the NINC computer lab. An empty chair does not indicate the computer is available. Booking is required to help us coordinate our usage and avoid conflicts. Please use the DMCBH Booked Scheduler to reserve the computer you need. If you do not have access to the Booked Scheduler please click “register” or sign in with existing credentials (e.g. google) if you prefer.
Using DMCBH Booked Scheduler:
After registration, please contact Jeffrey LeDue (jledue@mail.ubc.ca) to be added to the resources for each of the computers. Once added these will show up under the “Centre for Brain Health Microscopes” calendar group. You can navigate to the date you wish to reserved and make a reservation by clicking on the timetable and editing the details. It may be necessary to first click on the “Reservations” menu at the top of the screen and click “Schedule” in the drop down menu. Then, if not already selected, set the drop down menu at the centre of the screen to “Centre for Brain Health Microscopes”.
